This last Friday, I went a TOMS Style Your Sole event at Kahunas Surf Shop, a local shop to Downtown Paso Robles. This is the first one that I have attended, but the shop has thrown these a few times in previous years.
So what goes on at a TOMS Style Your Sole Event??
Basically it's a fun way to get a CUSTOM pair of TOMS and support a great company who gives back! Kahunas hosted the event and provided music, wine and AMAZING artists! You purchase your new TOMS, come up with a design to adorn them and watch the artist work their magic!! Fun right!?
TOMS are pretty cool by themselves, but a custom pair designed by you...that's pretty SHUT THE FRONT DOOR AWESOME!
After purchasing my new shoes and discussing my design with the Artist, I enjoyed a glass of wine...or two and chatted it up with some friends. I also might be guilty of indulging in some retail therapy too... Ok it was bound to happen, to many cute clothes and shoes staring at me all night!
Shared some laughs and made some new connections with fellow TOMS lovers too.
